I stayed at three hotels in UlaanBaatar, Asheren and Tavan Bogd but the one I will be telling you about is Kempinski Palace in Asheren. Which is one street away from Mongolia International Airport. Kempinski Palace is ten storeys high. The receptionist that works there greeted me with a friendly smile and lots of helpful advice. In the reception lounge they have large comfy armchairs and soft black couches.

There is a cuisine store that sell traditional foods near the restaurants and as I was a guest I received free breakfast. They have a pool at the back of the hotel, it has a little slide for the kids. Beside the pool is a spa pool that adults will stay in to 10:30pm because it so relaxing!  From your balcony you can see the the city on one side and the mountains on the other but when you look down you can see the beautiful sparkling pool. In the morning  I got the daily newspaper and in the evening I was refreshed by a nice warm hot chocolate.

I stayed on floor seven. In my room were four soft and luxurious beds. Also a sparkling clean bathroom. It didn’t have the biggest kitchen but it was enough for me to make a simple meal . It had a mini fridge a pantry, an oven, a microwave and a stove but  what I liked most was that it was lovely and clean. The hotel had MySky and a Sky Watch magazine.

You can pay any way you like but I used my visa. They charge you $102.00 per night for a family of four.
